Your camel ride adventure begins with a comfortable hotel pick-up from your accommodation in central Marrakech. Depending on the tour, the pick-up time typically ranges from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for morning or afternoon rides. Once you meet your guide, you’ll be driven to the Palm grove area, about 20–30 minutes outside of the city. During the scenic transfer, you’ll pass through the outskirts of Marrakech, giving you a glimpse of the surrounding countryside as you approach the vast palm groves.

Arrival at the Camel Base and Introduction to the Camels

Upon arrival at the designated starting point in the Palmeraie, you’ll be greeted by your camel handlers and introduced to your camel for the ride. The camels are calm, well-trained, and accustomed to carrying riders, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. You’ll receive a quick safety briefing on how to mount and dismount the camel and be guided by the handlers throughout the ride. After getting comfortable, your guide will lead you and the group to the starting point for your journey into the heart of the palm groves.
